30-Day Returns
If you're not satisfied, return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email our support team with your order number.
- We'll send you a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Refund is issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Exceptions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Perishable items (treats, food) cannot be returned once opened.
- Sale items are final sale unless defective.
